Responsibilities:
1. Design company strategy and set goals for growth.
2. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
3. Set policies and processes for smooth operation of the whole business. 
4. Oversea employee recruitment, training, development and assessment process.
5. Lead business development and ensure employees are motivated and work productively.
6. Evaluate and improve company operations and financial performance.
7. Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors etc.).
8. Keep HQ managements constantly updated and prepare regular reports for upper managements. 
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
2. Profound piping product knowledge, excellent sales skills, and perfect understanding on the local market. 
3. Experience in planning and budgeting.
4. Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
5. Strong analytical ability.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
8. Problem-solving aptitude.
